With ToonDoo, you can make a single slide comic, a multiple slide comic, books and play with some of their other tools. As you can see, I embedded a book. You might want to enlarge the book, so you can actually read it.

VocabAhead

VocabAhead is the latest language arts related widget/site that I have found. If you register for free at the site, then you can customize your vocabulary list, share your list with students and upload vocabulary videos that your students have created. You can choose from two widgets. The one I chose does not include sound. The other widget has a list of words on the right that students can click on and see and hear the video.

I liked creating this monologue with the president. It was easy, and I got to decide what he said, when he was to move and where the camera was going to be. I used the free version, so I couldn't change his location. I used my movie to do a class story starter. Hope you enjoy!
